APCO Worldwide, an international communication and public affairs consulting firm, is seeking an intern for its Chicago office. The internship is an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in gaining valuable exposure to our firm’s operations and service areas.

As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting staff on a variety of communications campaigns and initiatives on substantive issues affecting our world. Specific responsibilities may include Internet research, mailing coordination, database development and call downs for client events.
Interns are treated as professional staff and play a key role on client service teams. They typically focus on one of APCO Worldwide's diverse client service groups while also contributing to a wide range of project work in other areas.

Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and some experience or demonstrated interest in the areas in which APCO Worldwide practices. Communications or marketing related students preferred.

A competitive hourly wage is offered with the internship position. No other benefits are included with the position.
