APCO Worldwide, a global communications consultancy, has an opening for a polished, experienced professional to manage and coordinate the day-to-day business and administrative operations of its Seattle office. You will serve as a liaison to the firm’s corporate office in Washington DC and manage the office’s financial processes to include: assist in preparation and tracking of project and office budgets; manage and monitor office and client-related expenses; process check requests and ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors; assist with and facilitate monthly billing of clients; and manage office facilities. You also will assist with business development efforts by formatting of documents and presentations. You also will be responsible for facilitating contract development in conjunction with legal and finance staff.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of senior/executive level administrative or office management experience that includes fiscal responsibilities, excellent communication and customer service skills and ability to multi-task. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
