APCO Worldwide, a global communication firm, has an immediate opening for a 3-4 month full time, temporary administrative assistant in our Sacramento office location. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to 12 person office, tracking expenses, preparing check requests and expense reports, managing the reception desk, coordinating travel arrangements, facilities support, setting up conference rooms for meetings, ordering and tracking supplies, distribute incoming/outgoing mail, maintain office kitchen and copy room and all other general office management duties as assigned.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of senior/executive level administrative or office management experience that includes fiscal responsibilities, excellent communication and customer service skills and ability to multi-task. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
